Youth and Family Resiliency Leadership Project

The Resiliency Leadership Project is a collaborative leadership effort focusing on the promotion or resiliency of youth and families. It consists of diverse stakeholders led by youth, young adults and family members who are supported by staff from CIP, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (ODMHAS) and the Ohio Federation for Children’s Mental Health.

The main goal is to develop local systems capacity to foster resiliency at all levels of mental health care and education, including mental health promotion, prevention and intervention with the ultimate outcome of resilient individuals, families and communities.
